Complete Family Care was started in 2014 to provide comprehensive, compassionate, highly professional Primary Care, while maintaining a personal touch and a friendly atmosphere.
Facility
The CFC building was purchased in early 2014 from an orthopedic surgeon, who had built the attractive brick facility as one of the first properties in Madison Professional Park, a collection of medical facilities located in a quiet, tree-lined cul de sac near Madison Memorial Hospital in the heart of Rexburg, Idaho. Only minimal modifications were needed, and Complete Family Care was open for business!
Before long, the practice had outgrown the building's footprint, so an expansion and remodel were undertaken in 2017 to provide updated fixtures and decorations, improved staff workflows, and a new bank of exam rooms. Today, CFC sports a comfortable waiting area, separate "well" and "sick" visit areas, as well as original x-ray and procedure rooms.
Staff
Many CFC employees remain from the original group in 2014. The practice has enjoyed an extremely low turnover rate, leading to a work environment where staff feel more like family than coworkers. CFC strives to treat its employees fairly, to promote a strong work ethic, and to foster a supportive and cooperative environment among its team members. And, we have a lot of fun!
